The classic cone: a sheet of nori wrapped around sushi rice and a generous filling, made to be eaten straight away while the seaweed is still crisp.
Choose salmon, ikura salmon roe, tuna mayo, ebi tempura, soft shell crab, or the California temaki with crab stick and avocado. One each is a light lunch; a few for the table is a feast.
