Nabemono — Japanese Hot Pot
Hot pots made for the middle of the table: sukiyaki with thin beef, salmon nabe, a seafood kaisen pot and a vegetable one, each with a choice of shoyu or miso soup.
Every nabemono comes with udon, and you can add more udon or an egg when the broth gets too good to waste.
