Growing Together: How Sushi Hiro Grew from One Outlet to Six
Every family has a story, and so do we. Sushi Hiro began with one outlet and a simple wish: fresh Japanese food and warm hospitality for the local community. Thanks to the families who keep coming back, that one outlet has become six.
Our journey so far
- 2017 — Sri Petaling: where it all began. Our first outlet laid the foundation for everything Sushi Hiro stands for today.
- 2018 — SS2: the first expansion, driven by the overwhelming support of our guests.
- 2020 — Puchong: growing through challenging times, with the same commitment to quality food and meaningful dining.
- 2024 — Bandar Menjalara and USJ Taipan: two openings in one year, bringing the Sushi Hiro belt (and Hiro Boy) to two new neighbourhoods.
- 2025 — Klang Bukit Raja: our most advanced outlet yet, with a refined interior and an enhanced guest experience.
What stays the same
However much we grow, five ideas guide every outlet. We call them our 5Cs:
