Service Crew

We are looking for a friendly, guest-focused Service Crew member to join the Sushi Hiro team. You’ll give our guests great service, help with daily restaurant operations and make every visit a pleasant one.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, professional way
  • Take orders accurately and efficiently
  • Serve food and drinks to company standards
  • Keep the dining area, tables and service stations clean and hygienic
  • Handle guest questions, feedback and complaints politely
  • Process payments (cash, card, e-wallet) and issue receipts
  • Help with food preparation or basic kitchen duties when required
  • Set tables properly and clear them promptly
  • Follow all food safety, hygiene and SOP guidelines
  • Work closely with the kitchen and team for smooth operations
  • Restock utensils, condiments and drinks
  • Support opening and closing duties

Requirements

  • Malaysian citizen
  • 18 years old & above
  • No experience required – training provided!
  • Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
